Age Restriction and Access
- Minimum age: The O Amigo Secreto app is intended for users aged 13 years or older, according to its Google Play and App Store ratings
- Minors aged 13 to 17: Supervised use by a legal guardian is recommended; parental authorization is required to join groups with unknown adults
- No targeting of children: We do not target marketing, content, or features at children under 13; accounts in this age range are blocked at signup

Prevention and Detection Measures
- Chat moderation: Messages exchanged in groups go through automated filters for keywords and patterns associated with grooming, sexual content, and inappropriate contact with minors
- Image detection: Images uploaded to wishlists, profiles, or chat go through automated review; suspicious content is blocked and reviewed manually by the app maintainer
- In-app reporting system: Any user can report any message, profile, or group with one tap inside the app, without additional identification
- Immediate ban: Accounts involved in child safety violations are permanently banned from the O Amigo Secreto app, with evidence retained for authorities
- Cooperation with authorities: We fully cooperate with law enforcement, public prosecutors, child protection councils, and organizations such as NCMEC and SaferNet in CSAE-related investigations
- Report review: All child safety reports are reviewed directly by the app maintainer, supported by automated filters and in cooperation with competent authorities in CSAE cases
