By downloading, installing or using the O Amigo Secreto app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

O Amigo Secreto is a free app that allows you to organize Secret Santa draws, create wishlists, send anonymous messages and participate in groups with family and friends.

• Group creation and management
• Automatic draw with restrictions
• Personal wishlist
• Anonymous chat between participants
• Notifications about group activities

• You must be 13 years or older to create an account
• Information provided must be accurate
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• Notify us immediately about unauthorized use

When using the app, you agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Send offensive, defamatory or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the app's operation
• Use bots or automated scripts

You retain rights to content you post (photos, messages, lists). By posting, you grant us a license to display this content within the app for other group participants.

The O Amigo Secreto app, including design, code, brand and original content, is protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify or distribute parts of the app without authorization.

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for indirect damages resulting from using the app.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
